Reflection: These certifications and training programs have been instrumental in shaping my approach to education. The Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard's Derek Bok Center honed my skills in collaborative online learning. The seminar from Harvard Business School provided key strategies for teaching in online and hybrid environments. Developing an educational ePortfolio at LaGuardia's CTL and understanding research compliance through CITI training have deepened my grasp of educational ethics and documentation. The TESOL certification and Independent Producer Training have further broadened my teaching and content creation skills, essential for diverse, inclusive educational settings. These experiences collectively empower me to continue innovating and impacting the field of education effectively.
