Reflection: These trainings and workshops have been pivotal in my educational journey. The 'Neuroscience of Learning' course at Harvard Extension School expanded my understanding of how the brain processes information, which is crucial for effective teaching. The pieces of training as a Student Success and Technology Mentor at LaGuardia's CTL enhanced my communication skills and technical expertise, especially in digital storytelling and ePortfolio management. These experiences have not only improved my ability to engage with students but have also given me the tools to create more accessible and innovative learning environments.
